Description: A chafing dish fuel holder is an essential part of operating any chafing dish, it comfortably fits a chafing fuel tin and is designed to shield customers and staff from the potentially high heat of the chafing fuel casing while still ensuring that the dish stays warm. Made from stainless steel, they can withstand high heat and have a rotary operation damper allowing you to either raise or lower the flow of heat or safely extinguish your fuel altogether. It is essential to place fuel in the holder and mount in the chafing dish stand before attempting to light with a long reach lighter or long match.
